Believe it or not, Nina seems to have written this song ("Never Let Go") as she was performing it, a la Kat and Garth.

The Happiest Days

Jaime flew in from Madrid today and got to meet Pablo and Nina for the first time. Maria Rosa comes tomorrow.

Nina and Emilio were in mid-siesta when Jaime first got here, but Pablo woke up for the welcoming party. That's him in Jaime's arms in the photo at left.

Jaime told me that this day, the day he met Emilio, the days Maria Jose, Gerardo and Gimena were born, and the day he met Maria Rosa have been the happiest days of his life.
